Please note - factors such as line quality and distance from the exchange will determine the speed you receive. All services are sold as "up to" - meaning you will only receive the speed your line can support, up to the maximum quoted speed.
On the Home, Office, Fibre and C&W LLU packages, a cease charge of £29.07 is applicable if you cease the service but this is only charged if you completely cease the broadband service on the line, rather than use a MAC code to migrate away - which is free.
On the LLU Premium packages, a cease charge of £9.99 is applicable when you cease or migrate away.
