We provide a geographical local rate support number and all our staff are based in England. There are no overseas call centres or premium rate numbers here!

All our packages come with unlimited free e-mail accounts offering you the ability to give each family member or colleague their own e-mail address should you wish.

Storage space
All our packages come with 250MB of free web/e-mail space offering you the ability to upload your own web site or documents to your web space should you wish.

Other information:
  • All prices on this page exclude VAT at the current rate.
  • Please note - factors such as line quality and distance from the exchange will determine the "up to" speed you receive.
  • On all packages a cease charge of £24.92 is applicable if you cease the service but not if you migrate away.
  • Fibre note: The 12 month contract is tied to your current installation address. If you move address before the 12 month contract is up, the contract will still apply and cannot be transferred to a new address.
