The network
The 3G network we utilise is the biggest in the UK and covers more than 97% of the population. This means you'll get a 3G signal more often and in more places than on other networks. And we're continuing to improve and expand the network to make it even bigger and better.
Mobile broadband speeds
When talking about Mobile Broadband speed, mobile operators refer to the theoretical maximum speed, known as the technical standard. In reality, it's not possible to achieve this speed and we want to be honest with you about what you can expect. Even though the network's theoretical maximum speed is 7.2 Mb, you'll actually experience up to a maximum of 5.6 Mb. As a guide, an average internet speed of 1.5 Mb lets you download a 3-4 minute music track in 30 seconds or less. Please note we in no way are able to gaurantee mobile broadband speeds, and therefore cannot offer any price discounts or end the contract should the speed not be sufficient. We offer mobile broadband as an "Internet access on-the-go" solution rather than a replacement for a fixed-line broadband package, so please bear this in mind before placing your order.
Signal and coverage
Mobile Broadband uses a radio signal. The strength of the signal will vary depending on your location, weather conditions and the construction of the building. The stronger the signal, the faster and smoother your internet access will be. You can contact us by phone or e-mail to check your coverage of the 3G network should you wish.
UK support
We provide a geographical local rate support number and all our staff are based in England. There are no overseas call centres or premium rate numbers here!
Email accounts
All our packages come with unlimited free e-mail accounts offering you the ability to give each family member or colleague their own e-mail address should you wish.
Web space
All our packages come with 200MB of free web space offering you the ability to upload your own web site or documents to your web space should you wish.

- All prices on this page include VAT at the current rate.
- Factors such as signal strength, weather conditions and distance from your mobile mast will determine the "up to" speed you receive.
- Once you reach your monthly usage limit your browsing will be suspended until your limit is reset.
- Mobile Broadband services are only payable by monthly Direct Debit.
