| ADSL2+ Broadband plans |
We let you choose a broadband plan that suits your exact needs meaning you can surf the Internet without worrying.
The lowest plan we offer comes with a 3 GB peak usage allowance.
There are no extra monthly costs involved, and the contract period is just 1 month with no cancellation or exit fees - so you have complete piece of mind. You can change plans on a monthly basis should your requirements change or simply purchase additional top-ups when you need more allowance.
All our ADSL2+ broadband plans are displayed below for your convenience.

All prices include VAT.
All plans are based on a 1 month contract - so you can cancel at any time with no charge.
Off-peak is defined as 12am to 8am seven days a week and offers uncapped usage unless you exceeded the peak allowance.
If you go over your peak allowance, you will still be able to access the Internet but the peak and off-peak speed will be reduced
to 128 kbps. You can purchase a top-up (see options above)
at any time to restore the full speed or simply continue at the
reduced speed until the usage resets. If a further 1 GB is used during peak/off-peak the connection will then be blocked until a
top-up is purchased or the usage resets.
The usage allowance specified above includes downloaded and uploaded data.
Line quality and distance from exchange will largely determine the maximum download and upload speed you can receive.
If you don't already have ADSL broadband on your line, an initial setup fee of £47 (which BT charge us) is payable.
If you do already have ADSL broadband, you can transfer (migrate) to us for free (or £47 for LLU) with no downtime. |
