We are pleased to announce the availability of our own 0845 PAYG dial-up service to new and existing customers.

For existing ADSL24 broadband customers this service will provide particularly useful for backup purposes in case you ever develop a line fault or there is a local ADSL outage in your area. You will still be able to access your ADSL24 e-mail and webspace accounts using our dial-up service as we have provisioned our systems to allow this.

That said, you don't need to be an existing ADSL24 broadband customer to use the service as no sign up is required.

To begin using this service simply just set up a dial-up connection on your computer using the following settings:

All calls are charged at standard 0845 rates which at the time of writing (13th Feb 09) is 3.87p/min daytimes and 0.9p/min evenings and weekends with BT. Be sure to check with your call provider how much they charge for 0845 dial-up calls before using the service, but in most cases it will be very similar to the rates shown above.
