cAN NOT ACCESS WEBSITE

Hi

I keep getting this error message when i try and vist a website i use on a regular basis any one know what this error message means.

You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.colours-of-football.com Port 80....

Could some one perhaps visit the website to see if the problem is my end or there's.Web address is www.colours-of-football.com

I get the same error from three different ISP's lines. Contact the owner of that website as it's a problem at their end!
