Hi to all,
I migrated from BT on the 29th and what a difference.

Near instant answers to e-mail queries and telephone answered straight away and not from a far distant land either. BT's Customer Service were/are a disgrace and how they came top in a Watchdog poll I will never know.

It is also wonderful to have decent speeds during the evening when with BT my speeds in the evening were near dial up at times. They put it down to contention and when I reminded them that they say with max contention is not an issue they go all quiet.

I think that I am going to have a long relationship with ADSL24 nice to meet you all.

Cheers

Mervyn

Welcome Bertie - this is the best ISP, no question (mind you, I came from Pipex so anything is an improvement (maybe not Tiscali though....).

Yes I came from BT and cannot believe how quick my pages load now, the BT bloatware did not help either.

Apart from a hiccup yesterday with my noise margin shooting up and syncing at 2mb lower which I blamed on BT. Although my router had been on for over 1000 hrs, after a reboot synced straight back up again so maybe just the router needing a small rest.;)

Thanks for the greetings folks I dont feel so lonely now:D I thought that as I am knocking on towards the 60 mark you did not want to associate with a wrinkly:p

Cheers

Bertie
