Just 1 question, It says its still on auto on my account, Has it just not updated or will interleaved be turned back on if for instances I were to play around with my SNR to get a good balance:rolleyes:

Veggie look in BT status then the second box from the bottom (Line Rate Changes) and it should show that is off in there,

does turning interleaving off always reset the target SNR margin? Or is it just a one off case for whatever reason?

My new Netgear router arrived today...
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 5216 kbps 768 kbps
Line Attenuation 59.0 db 31.5 db
Noise Margin 5.6 db 7.0 db

Will have to wait and see what sync it can hold tonight.
Netgear DG834G v3 = 3800ishKbps at night
Speedtouch 585v6 = 4400Kbps at night but gets to many errors to be usable:(Plus it won't resync lol

Decided to keep this in the end...
Netgear DG834GT with UberGT firmware
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 3488 kbps 672 kbps
Line Attenuation 58.0 db 31.5 db
Noise Margin 6.1 db 7.0 db

Could have had 4000+ but my line sometimes has a noise burst:eek:So I get a nice 6dB shield this way:)

So...
Netgear DG834G v3 = Sync all over the place(It would disconnect at 36**kbps and then reconnect at 4***kbps:mad:

Speedtouch 585v6 = Same as my Netgear GT but got less upload speed;)

Shame my line is so bad at night:( in the day time I could have over 5***kbps:cool:

Thanks alot james without your help I would still be stuck on a 2mb interleaved connection, Looks like I'll be with ADSL24 for a long time to come:D
