If the MODs are wondering why we are migrating away from EFH broadband

I little history EFH was just perfect, exceptional support nice friendly mods on the forum prepared to go that little extra to help people and 0800 support line, then the bomb dropped.

A takeover 186k until then I never heard of this provider so was willing to give them the benefit of doubt,
Last night they moved customers to there central core (tiscali yeah that bunch) some was moved to maxdsl, which would have needed a ip address change, but they forgot to inform there customers.
Nothing no email no warning no support, not the ideal way to treat
