You are on a fixed 2Mb, but with those stats, if they are stable, you're talking around 4Mb stable :)

We can put in a regrade to ADSL Max yes, but this takes effect from next bill date - so enjoy the real 2Mb speed so far :)

Let me know what you wish to do. Also note regrades from/to fixed speed/Max services are charged at £5+vat by BT.

Actually, there is no charge to move from Fixed speed 2Mb to Max, I do apologise. Therefore the £5+vat isn't applicable.
