Standard local rate number introduced

As a result of customer feedback we have now introduced a local rate geographical number for sales and support.

This will reduce costs significantly should you need to contact us. We are also open until 7pm in the evening, helping those who work during the day and cannot contact us until they return home. This new system also allows you to leave a message if there is a queue, saving you time, effort and money.

What a breath of fresh air to find a 'real' geo number for support. Not only was the call very cheap (read:free due to call plan) but I got throught to a real person, real quick and had a real sensible conversation!

This option sounds good for us as we have a lot of free minutes on our contracts :)
However, hoping I won't have to use the support as with BT. ;)
