at last i got my mac code of Aquiss it took over a week and a few email but i got it :D

now i have to just sit here and wait for the 14th to come so i can give it to you guys take it i still have to phone to sign up ??? or did you get your script to work yet :confused:

I'm sure I saw Paul, their Customer Relations guy, say on the AG forums recently that only 1 person was kept waiting as long as 4 days for a MAC, and that was over a weekend. Yeah, I believed it too. :p

Good move, bigyin; seems to be 1 or 2 ex-Aquiss here at the mo.

We have quite a few ex Aquiss, EFH, UKFSN, AOL, BT, V21 and the list goes on and on and on.

But we still give you guys 110% for your buck.

Good move, bigyin; seems to be 1 or 2 ex-Aquiss here at the mo.

And possibly more on the way, reading the DSL ZoneUK forums. I don't think their "novel" approach to customer service is doing them any favours ;).

I transferred to ADSL24 from AQUISS and the same happened to me regarding the Mac Code although it did include a weekend, how they get such good reviews is beyond me because their support is appalling especially when you have requested a Mac Code,

At the time of me joining AQUISS I also looked at ADSL24 but the website was still under construction, it didn't take me long to realise I had made a big mistake,

When I left EFH I believe it took all of 14 mins for my Mac Code to be generated,

If Brian had been offering the free hosting package when I left PlusNet, I wouldn't have gone to Aquiss. It didn't take long for me to realise that Aquiss weren't all they were cracked up to be.
