Whats it like here ?

Thinking of jumping ship from Idnet as their C/S is not as good as people say. I have had a line problem since Friday and their has been no replys to my phone calls and emails. Whats it like with ADSL24 is the service as good as the reviews say ?

warm welcome to the ADSL24 forum:) , seen your enquiry on dslzoneuk and yes the support is very good. You will find Brian James (MD ADSL24) is very active in supporting his customers....That support is backed by Enternet the provider of the internet service.

ADSL24 comes with email facility's that have virus and spam controls.

ADSL24 provide all the customers with a sub domain of our URL, for example www[dot]username.adsl24.co.uk.
They also allow customers who have domains to use their space and bandwidth for there domains instead of our sub-domain we provide.

A hiccup caused enta to block my connection yesterday (Mon) Brian got an email about it and got straight on the phone to ring me 4.15pm so I was able to contact enta before 5pm to get it sorted. Now thats looking after your customers.
What does puzzle me though, is why enta emailed me to tell me of the problem, when they had blocked my connection.:confused:
