HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just got the reply email [super fast] as to how much its going to cost me to migrate....fainted:D

if i simply cancel tiscali so i have no BB connection.will it be cheaper to just sign up here fresh ?

Nope because then you will still have to pay a connection fee of £45 plus VAT.

Blame your ISP for putting you on a LLU exchange and not telling you.

starting to kiss the partners backside,cost versus stress of tosscali is well worth it.

just wish i didnt get the new hard disk last week,i coulda used that for it.;)

Same here I am not happy to be charged £45 plus vat as Toucan/Tiscali claim not to know about LLU!

It's ridiculous how companies can get away with putting customers on LLU without letting them know

a) what it is
b) that it will cost them £45+vat if they *eve* wan't to move away to *any* other ISP
c) do not ask the customer in the first place
