Hi Guys,

With my last provider I was able to request the disabling of interleaving on my line. Could I do this with ADSL24? If so, how long does it usually take?

I used to be able to achieve lower pings by making this simple switch.

My pings to jolt:

Pinging jolt.co.uk [82.133.85.65] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 82.133.85.65: bytes=32 time=30ms TTL=56
Reply from 82.133.85.65: bytes=32 time=31ms TTL=56
Reply from 82.133.85.65: bytes=32 time=31ms TTL=56
Reply from 82.133.85.65: bytes=32 time=31ms TTL=56

Hi Brian

I have been posting in the thread below regarding migrating to adsl24
http://www.dslzoneuk.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3088

and this was exactly the sort of info I have been looking for.

May I ask if interleaving is off on your line? - gaming is pretty much all I use my connex for except the odd bit of downloading.

Pipex doesnt feel 'right' anymore and im looking to move, specifically to an ISP with the kind of customer service you guys have a reputation for - thing is im really not keen on losing pings i have to current servers...

Specifically im more interested in this server 194.109.69.90

Any chance you could give me some feedback on how you guys ping/route across to this - bit laborious I know, and if I were to move across to a max service, will I definatly be able to have interleaving turned off (speed does not concern me particularly)

Cheers
Andy
