Please note that due to an ongoing problem with the Entanet regrade system we are temporarily removing the option from the My account page until they come up with a fix, to stop any customers having issues such as being billed incorrectly or not actually being regraded on time.

Entanet have informed us they had a meeting this morning and have allocated 2 programmers to deal with re-developing the system and have given us an estimate of two weeks from today.

Any regrades that have already been submitted up until 3pm today are still due to go ahead.

Thanks

James

Alrighty! Good luck Entanet programmers, hehe. Good to see you value your customers and get on the ball with any faults and the likes!

I was surprised when they simply said "right - two programmers are on the case" just like that. I think they have about 8 in total!

Haha, good stuff! :) Long as it's done within the 2 week period stated, sure everyone will still be happy with the service. ;)

probably like most businesses in my experience an issue like regrading causes aggreviation not only for the resellers (in terms of unhappy calls to customer services/posts here) but also requires entanet to sort out problems involving form filling and admin as well as getting signatures for refunds and then rebilling.
One problem could potentially (dependant upon financial systems in place) involve as many as 5 or 6 people to process the refund and then rebill.

If this is the case then people moan and so putting two programmers on it not only helps from a reseller point of view but also from an internal viewpoint as well.

Exactly. I think Enta are very proactive and will do what they can to make something better for everyone, customer included.

I just happened to notice that the two weeks was up and the page still doesn't work.... any news on this?

Yeah, an estimate of 2 weeks.. Should've been finished by 20th then, its now early morning of the 24th. Where is it? Not that I need it or plan to grade down/up, just wondering, heh. ;)

They are working on it..... nothing we can do until they find a fix :)

We can submit a regrade manually if anyone is desparate but take note that the problem might still occur.

Your plan has been changed, but the problem still remains with the re-grade not being done in time for the actual bill being generated.

Been checking this post every couple of days looking for a update

Do we have any time frame when this is coming back online?

I'll contact them again. We are still able to place manual regrades if you require.

Tell me about it. Seems that when they make a change to the re-grade system, it affects something else!

A quick question if I may. I appreciate the system is down at the moment, but when it is possible to regrade, is it possible to move from a home plan, to an office plan. I currently host a TS server for my guild and obviously upload speed is all important. I appreciate its still not ideal, but hey its better than nothing and the additional upload speed offered by the office plan may help out.

Thanks for your time.

Create a support ticket requesting a re-grade to the plan you want.

Are the programmers on holiday or still on the job?

Funny you should mention it.

It will be ready before the end of the week :)
