There's no traffic shaping at all. Entanet have implemented an anti-loss tool which kicks in when a central reaches maximum utilisation - see http://www.adsl24.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=101 for details. This prevents packet loss from occurring, which would cause a reduction in speeds in any case.
