Hi all,

I've set up SpamAssassin on my email, but I'm unsure of how to activate the option to move marked spam to a folder instead of downloading it.

Is there a FAQ or a guide somewhere which helps with this? The FAQ for email on the main ADSL24 site doesn't mention it, it just refers you to the hosting cpanel, which I can't access on this PC due to firewall restrictions I have no control over. :(

You need to enable Spam Box in the cPanel SpamAssassin settings.

Thanks, I'll take a look.

I've taken a look - "Spam Box is currently Enabled."

Whereabouts does the Spam folder live?

If you log in to webmail using the full e-mail address as username, it's usually a subfolder in there :)

Found it now - I'm sure it wasn't there before, but perhaps I hadn't received any spam for a couple of days?

Nah...
