Not Receiving Emails

I am not receiving emails to my asdl24 address. Several instances have occurred where my previous ISP (me@btinternet.com) show them but not me@....adsl24...

I did send an email to support but have not received a reply - in either address:(

Can someone please assist.

Try sending an email message to yourself and see you receive it - if you do, it proves that you are both sending and receiving email OK.

Although I had "instant reply" chosen did not show.
Will look in my BT address and also send myself one from adsl24.

My email from adsl24 received instantly. No notification about a forum reply in either.

Correction to James post - it wasn't a hotmail problem, it was me being a complete moron problem :o
