Well the deed is done. As one of the refugees from EFH/186K I have just placed a migration order to ADSL24 - Here's hoping for a smooth transfer,;)

How did you apply for it?

They can, and will, give them over the phone if pushed, that's how I got mine ... but it seems they've closed up the few backdoors into the system we had a couple of weeks ago :mad:

Just remember that will need to close your account with them once you've migrated, which is something else they appear to be ignoring lately and have charged some people after they've migrated! If you have any problems in that regard feel free to PM me for a contact email to get your account closed instantly ;)

Plusnet did that with me the rotters! I did manage to get a five day rebate from them, but still annoying considering the shocking service I had from them in the last 4 weeks I was with them.

Hi , as I mentioned on the EFH rebels forum I emailed Tuesday evening - got it Friday. Phoned up to move to ADSL24 yesterday.

Then I got the same Mac by email again yesterday so not sure which email did the trick.

I would give it a few more days,

thank you surfer_chick, it's sorted, got my MAC, and i'll complete it tomorrow over the telephone ;)

with regard to the billing biz, i'll email 186k on completion of the migration, i'll pm you for further details if required & you don't mind :D

if the worse comes to the worst i'll 'lose' my credit card... :eek:
