Signal to noise level

i have just migrated to you but just prior to this i had a line problem which was fixed by BT.
the bras profile reset itself after 3 days but the Downstream Margin: of 15db has remaind where it use to be 6db
is there anything i can do about this or will the setting eventually reset themselves

If you're on the fastest sync, 8128, then you don't want to change the SNR.

What is your sync?

the current setting are
DSL Path Mode: INTERLEAVED
Downstream Rate: 5824 Kbps
Upstream Rate: 448 Kbps
Downstream Margin: 15 db
Upstream Margin: 25 db

previously it was connected at 8192 it did occasionally drop slightly but never below 7000.

Yeah this is purely a low SYNC speed due to the higher SNR. Unfortunately lately BT are unwilling to budge when asked to reset an SNR target as they say it's been raised for a reason.
