Max reports

It says that it shows instances of where your line connects at a difference of 500Kb to your previous connections, is this sync speed or profile?

My sync changed to 8128 on Monday but my profile is still at 6500 and the max reports haven't updated. If it's because my profile hasn't changed that would make sense for the report to have not updated.

I know I should be on the 7150 profile but after a mistake I made last week I think I'll give it until next week before complaining that I have a stuck profile.

You are correct in giving it a bit of time to improve. It could take upto 5 days days for your profile to come up to the correct level.

yeah, the report usually updates itself once the profile has actually been updated, but it's a bit of a mystery with Bt.

Ok, thanks for that.

I was really making sure that the lack of update wasn't the first sign that it was a stuck profile. I'll put my mind to rest now until next week.
