Does anyone use dslzoneuk. I find it hard to believe that Vivaciti with just 3 votes are ahead of us with our mighty 12 votes in the ratings.
If you hav'ent rated our ISP, do so with complete honesty(Don't be biased :rolleyes:)

There is another ratings that we need help with. Its the Entachoice forum, they have one running quietly in the background

I had the same message when I tried to access entanet yesterday Brian I got the same 404 error, I could not access any of the entanet sites until later it is ok now I have just had another look, it must be a problem at entanet,

Problems with pop.enta.net today, the issue has been resolved. (see link)

The 404 or Not Found error message is an HTTP standard response code indicating that the client was able to communicate with the server,but the server either could not find what was requested....see link for rest of explanation.

i had to say thier price was ok,
but then again,if you buy cheap toilet paper,

To true, we are UKFSN as well as loads of other resellers are infact NOT the actual ISP but Entanet does not sell direct to the public but via the likes of companies like us.
So, the ratings are about the actual company itself and not the fact that they are an actual ISP that has nothing to do with it.

Well you always get them......no ISP is perfect, but its the best your going to get till they modernize the network.
Enternet may provide the network...But its the ADSL24, UKFSN and Vivaciti ISP's that provide the PERSONAL touch that really counts.:D

The bad rating was by someone on a Be address.
Yeh thats not fair and admin should remove it in my opinion.
It could be an ex Vivaciti user or someone using a PC at work to do the rating
Just refreshed the Dsl zones site again and we are well ahead of the other resellers :)

He/she/it must have a crystal ball but your now seeing the grubs coming out of the woodwork.
Someone sent me a nice message detailing a post managment has posted about Adsl24 and me on the Aquiss closed forum, interesting read and shows you how low some people will go just to gain/keep the customers they have.
It shows we are a threat to the others or there would be no need to post such dribble in the first place but I know they are reading this so take note all "Your not effecting Adsl24, me our our valued customers" so keep throwing it.

Typical of Aquiss that's one of the reasons's why customers are leaving and migrating to ADSL24.

It wasn't just that. There were several instances of an individual (who shall remain nameless) being less than honest with the members. Fine if you're not too clued up and accept it without question, but disturbing if you can see what's really going on.

Yeh did notice that thread and responded. I have a feeling its someone that has a reason to cause problems, a fellow ISP perhapse or a friend of one who knows.
