hi there

thinking about move isp but have a few question first before i make my mind up if im going to move to you or not :p

are email address and web space set up for us automatically or do we have to request for them to be set up ??

do you accept payments by direct debit ??

what kind of control panel do you use i.e can we see what bandwidth we have used and have left ??

Hi bigyin
With e.mails, I had one set up for me, but, you can set up your own and use a domain if you have one. Have not ventured into webspace yet.

DD payments are OK and are dealt with by Entanet.

The control panel (Cpanel) is very comprehensive, and yes, you can see what bandwith you have used supposedly, although mine says "0.00 megabytes" all the time lol.

I'm sure Brian will elaborate on my answers, but at least I've given you something to go on for now :)

Hi,

cPanel bandwidth stats is only to do with your hosting and email side of things and has nothing to do with your broadband connection. If you need to see the stats for your connection use the control panel link thats on our website, that shows your broadband bandwidth usage.

We pre-setup your hosting account ready but no site or page is shown, thats up to you. The email side of things, we setup 1 single email address and you can setup more via the email link within cPanel.
