Stupid Newbie question:

I signed up yesterday and all went fine and I recieved two emails confirming everything, "ADSL Activation Information and Migration update.
I noticed that there was also the settings ready for my new connection. password, and also the email address/user names, xxxxxx@adsl.enta.net or xxxxxx@adsllogin.co.uk. Excellent all ready to go, excuse the waffle,
my question was really,

1) Do I recieve an email on the day its all up and running,
"not that I expect it' just wondering"

2) will it include my new adsl24 email address and control panel login password:.

I am sure Brian told me all this, But I go a bit thick sometimes and it all kinda went blank lol..

I just thought I may be able to have some fun with the adsl24 control panel before I go live,

? Bit of a silly question, As I was probably told by Brian when he phoned me back to take my order. So, sorry Brian I did listen, I Just have a crap memory me, :-/ Getting old lol....

If you want you can view your details at Enternet with the login and password above...goto the CONTROL PANEL Button (http://www.adsl24.co.uk/) . have fun. You can setup an email with Enternet as well

done all this now, loged in to entanet control panel,
Clicked the activate email account button,
added all the smtp and pop details in to outlook express,
it will not let me use the email account yet, says the password is not valid
I expect that will not work untill the activation is done.
probably only lets you use that password to initially login. cool:
thats what I would have expected, and thats why it will not let me open
the "open emails in seperate window" button from within the control panel., as it also says there that the password is not good, again not expected untill activation date. At least I have it all ready to go, Ill do the adsl24 ones when Brian sends me the email. I am not in a rush as its not untill the 23rd before it goes live, its just nice to get things all ready to go before hand. Good Job done. Thanx.........cool,
