I would just like this clarified,the home max 30 at 19.99 that there is no activasion fee when migrating from another isp.
And if for any reason you were not happy after say a few months that there are no hidden charges if you left as long as you give a month,s notice.
I cant see any reason to leave after joining if all goes well,just curious.:D

Correct.

£19.99 a month
No activation fee (Unless your on a LLU exchange which means its £45 plus vat)
MAC codes are free and all we need is 30 days notice to move on.

Did you look up your details using samknows (http://www.samknows.com/broadband/search.php).
If you did it only tells you what is available.
To find about all services at the exchange Look here (http://www.samknows.com/broadband/checker2.php)
If the ISP is on the LLU list at your exchange, then it is highly likely that your on LLU.
