Do I have a Stuck Profile??

Hey all just wondering If ive got a 'stuck profile' or not?. Im only getting about 200k downloads and im syncing at 4192kbps. Heres the result from the speed tester:

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 2500 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 4192 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1915 kbps

If it is stuck how do I go about fixing it? Should I leave the router off for a few hours?

how long has it been at 2500 for? switching the router off probably wont make any difference, best to leave it on for as long as possible, after 3-5 days of solid connection the profile should rise to 3500 kbps
