Finally the singleplayer demo. I have to say I wasn't too "wowed" about the multiplayer demo. Infact I got bored of it after 2 games. I hope the singleplayer lives up to expectations. Okay right who do I talk to about booking one of the centrals so I can get it before everyone else :D

I did play the multiplayer demo for the same reason as you, tested my two 8800gtx ultra's on it, and to be honest, graphically, I had everything maxed out, and the graphics did look EXTREMELY nice, but it does smack of far cry to me.
Didnt realise the SP was out tho?
System requirements are bloody amazing though

really is an amazing game, i was a big fan of farcry and this is just 100 times better!

It's alright for some isn't it ;) I would be happy with one 8800 ultra, oh you aint half greedy :D. Ah well some of us have to slum it and make do with a 8800gts. If the game is like farcry I will be happy, I loved farcry it was so different to other shooters and it was a nice break from all these damn corridor shooters.

I have also been trying to find it :eek:.... well some peeps will release it I hope.. I am not pre-ordering, will get of play.com... Nice and cheap lol.
Hopefully we will get this demo within the next couple of hours , as it was downloadable at midday today I believe... I bet tpb will get it first.:confused:

This game is the 5hit! Crysis is to games today, what FarCry was to games in 2004, IMHO!
I love grabbing the enemy by the throat and chucking them up into the hills :eek:

Good game enjoyed. tried on vista and xp. worked well on both. using only single 630mb 8800 gts with forceware version 163.71
high settings and only 2 gig system ram 800mhz....

got single demo using it medium on 7600gt etc there is a section on ebay if u look for crysis where u can check your system to see if it is compatible, so far it looks good pity uniform is wierd to get use to and it does not last long says use invisible time i get to enemy damn thing ran out just going to grab one and he saw me and shot me lol

Yeep it is a good game me thinks, And thanks to Charmers I was able to try the multiplayer also. which was a treat for the fingers.... Got my arse kicked, But enjoyed the kickiin. Its not as simple as death match or ctf.

Yep bought loads of cd's and dvd's in the past and a couple of games from cd-wow - never had any problems, but first order from them this year.........
Have to also admit this is the first PC game I have bought for a long time that wasn't a budget title or have been given when someone lese is bored of it! Normally use the ps2 or wii instead for games as its less hassle - disk in and it works!
If anyone is interested I received the Crysis package (Special edition at that) from CD wow on Saturday 17th..... no bad considering it was dispatched on the 15th (and from Hong Kong!).
Think I shall be using them agin next time!

Am playing it at the moment, don't know, still not as impressed as I thought i would be...this suit thing makes it a bit too easy to get away from enemies
