View Full Version : Activation Day Gone - No Mail

My activation day was supposed to be yesterday but with no luck.

I phoned James and he was helpful, and would get onto BT as it's just their end that's slacking.. ADSL has activated me.

The only thing is, I haven't recieved a mail telling me about activation or giving me login details.

I didn't give an email address when I signed up, so it figures.. and I also checked the ADSL webmail in my name from the main page.. again nothing.

Am I supposed to get this mail or is it just for migrations?

Also, fingers crossed I get activated today.

Hi Newberry,

Having had a similar issue, BT found a fault, i was activated a day later than expected.

I received the email when I finally went "live" on ADSL24, not too sure about not specifying an email address, perhaps it will go to your ADSL24 email account.

It will go to the e-mail address you signed up with, hotmal, gmail etc.

Thats the bit i wasn't too sure of, whether it goes to the new ADSL24 default inbox?

You must have given an e-mail address when you signed up - as your billing instructions go there - unless you signed up by phone, and in which case you will have been setup a default e-mail address with us. If you can PM me with your tel. number I can check the order :)
