Hi all,
Ive just migrated twice in the last month from AOL to Tiscali then to ADSL24, strange thing is though, when I migrated from AOL to Tiscali my upload speed dropped from 448 to 266. I thought moving to ADSL24 my upload speed would move back to 448??? Am i being Thick??

Depends on what product you opted for.
Upstream sync for:
2Mbits fixed: 288 kbits
Max Home: 448 kbits
Max Office: 832 kbits

On ADSL24 I went for the MAX Option. Do you think I may have a stuck profile?
It's not possible to say what the problem is as you've given no info apart from possibly having a lower upstream sync than you should do. An IP profile, stuck or otherwise, relates to the downstream sync speed.
You should print your router stats - Attenuation, Sync & SNR Margin - to give ppl some idea of what the problem may be.

That sync is for a fixed 2 Mbit connection - 2272/288. You sure you signed up for the right package?
Ircsum.
Exactly - that speed of 2272/288 is a 2Mb service not a Max service.
However, looking at this, it's a BT mistake as you did infact sign up for ADSL Max. You are on Max, but the profile is capped at the old 2Mb product. I will log with BT for you
