hello
Im thinking of migrating here from another reseller, reasons being i like what you offer, things like more web space etc and the rumour about usenet access, will this be binaries?
1. at the moment i pay Entanet by direct debit if i migrate would it just carry on as normal or would i have to pay an upfront fee again?
2. would my log in stay the same?
Cheers
Ravanelli
Hi Ravanelli
Nice to see you over here from Enterchoice....How goes it?
Nilly gone titanic.
I think you have to setup a new direct debit mandate....the rest would be a internal migration.
Adsl24 is piloting as we speak an account with Giganews. This will be a full access unlimited service. Not sure which package Brian James has decided on?
https://secure.giganews.com/signup/ (This link is only a guide on packages...NOT what brian may offer through ADSL24)
I am sure Brian will advise on your Questions.

a up cliff, im ok m8.
yep just had a look at the link you sent me, im paying $14.99 at the mo for unlimited with newshosting and as fast as my line will take, so the 256k limit isnt too appealing for my needs, however usenet isnt the prime reason for wanting to come here, i like the feel of the community been lurking for a few days to get a feel ( had to delete my cookies a few times as well), anyway decided to register in the end.
expecting a regrade to go through in the next couple of days from home to office so will wait for that to happen then decide on migration.

Because he's not replied in 2 days ;)
Have you PM'd or e.mailed Brian, or, are you just waiting for a response on here?
If the latter, then it is possible that he has overlooked your post. I'll give him a prod when he wakes up :D

Hi ravenelli,
Brian's been quite busy this week, and also very ill, so it's likely he's not yet had chance to read your post. I know he wouldn't intentionally ignore you so give it another couple of days or, as Tim suggested, you could email him if you need a quicker response.
And welcome to the forum :)
Hi,
I have been busy so Im sorry for the delay in my reply. Regardless if your moving if your moving from one reseller to another, you will still have to pay the 1st payment upfront and submit a new direct debit.
Your login would change.
Regards,
