was trying to download something this morning and realised i was only getting around 1mb so i rebooted my router a couple of times with no change so i did a bt speedtest and heres the result

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 6000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 832 kbps(UP-STREAM) 7264 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1106 kbps

certain that theres nothing wrong my end are there any reported problems anywhere??
also web browsing is pretty slow too which i have never experienced since coming to adsl24 but gaming pings are fine low 20's

Bore Da / Morning jorkila

In response to your speedtest request ....

To London server 5126 down & 347 up
To Maidenhead server 5015 down and 357 up (tests done in that order, within 5 mins of each other) - even speedtest.net has its hiccups by repute.

Hope this helps you...............:)

Very strange. Are you on ethernet or wireless?

Are you in the master/test BT socket?

Are you connected wired/wireless - router - or usb modem?

Stats from router would maybe help as well --- snr etc

Nah, it's not a stuck profile as you are @ 6000 kbps - that's odd. I'll have a word
