Remember the old days of playing 1.2 CS - Lagg - BANG BANG - Lagg BOOM HEADSHOT - Not even aiming at his head. Yes the good days. Downloading on your UBER Fast 28/56KBPS Dialup downloading at 5.6kbps WOOOW. Brilliant.

Now your all moaning - Bug me look im getting 2000kbps oh god what a shame lets moan.

For god sake people. James and Co are working there rear ends off to keep this service top. They are doing it brilliantly. You are getting downloads of 200kbps *2000KBPS* At 10PM. And i know some of the moaners are the HEAVY downloaders.

So why dont you go get a Dial-Up Modem. Sign upto a Paygo Dial-Up ISP. And have ago at them for a week. Then come back and say. Few thank god im back with ADSL24.

I don't think I could have said it better myself. Even when the Entanet network is at it's worst it is still a 1000 times better than pipex, orange, virgin and all the others put together. However if you want an ISP that gives you sod all bandwidth, throttled connections and absolute no speed outside of HTTP then keep moaning and Entanet might just give you what you want and you will have ruined yet another ISP.

Why moan at ADSL24. They dont own the pipelines They just supply you with this lovly service *Everyone moans about fast speeds*.

Or move to Virgin media or AOL or Pipex or Tiscali (Then come back in a month or two.)

Couldn't agree more - ADSL24 are THE best.

If you want a faster uber service, find a company that will give you 1:1 and see how much you pay for that.

I have said before on this forum I DO use a fair bit of my allowance each month, but I start well after midnight, usually at 2am (i work crazy hours so my night is my day LOL)

If you dont like the service, leave.;)

could'nt care less about weekday off peak speeds it's the weekends that have really taken a nose dive of late, i use most of my peak allowance and between a third and half of my off peak allowance i'm on office 45, i mostly use my connection for online gaming, which i can happily say i have no problems with but it would be nice to see 4mb+ after dinner at the weekend but it seems that everyone wants to download the whole internet and some at those times so i've sh*t out there lol

you think maybe its got a bit more busy at weekends now because its got really cold/miserable out, so all the kids are staying in chatting to mates on msn, watching vids on youtube or downloading mp3s of limewire or emule or any other of the p2p netsworks that the kids troll around on....

no i would put it down to all the migrations of late regardless of whether they are heavy downloaders or not it's obvious the more people that join the less bandwidth to go around

Well yes. But if enta do get off there backside and get some more pipes running it will cure this.

But James cannot do anything but ask them. he is working his rear end off. Yea its paying his bills and his HDTV and adsl24 but enta have the power

Although i agree with your point, i couldnt care about speeds the day it dips below 1.5/1mb then maybe yes id be a bit concerned, not enough to go crying and shouting about mind you.
