Hello,
I requested a password change for the "my account" area of the website and also for the password you enter on your router. Now I am unable to enter the "my account" area of the website using my old or new password.
As I can't enter that part of the website I can't raise a ticket so hopefully adsl24 staff will see this and assist many thanks.

Why don't you give them a call instead??

James is thoughtful enough not to make you call one of those 0870 or 0845 numbers....
This should be fixed shortly - I've found the issue.

Just to let you know I still can't log into my account.
Also when will I know to change the router/adsl password to the new password? I assume when it's changed your end I will get disconnected until I change the password to the new one on the router, is this correct?

It should now be sorted and you can also now change the router password.
No it still won't let me in.
