Hi all, I signed up to adsl24 today, I get activated 19/11 (can't wait) just 1 query though, on the BT status is says this

"cancel reason BT have cancelled the order due to the displayed reason
Delay reason The order is delayed for the displayed reason. As soon as BT rectify
the issue, this field will show "NULL", and the order will progress"

is this a problem? be grateful for any info. Thanks

I think you will find that this is on everybodys bt status, The important thing is if it's in one of the boxes at the top of that page

If you read the page properly, you will see that the table at the bottom is the "KEY" to the above data that are the actual install reports. Nothing to worry about ;)

Thank you all for your comments but my original post is two weeks old now. I would just like add that I have been connected to adsl24 since 19/11/2007 and all seems well,bloody marvalouse in fact. Best move I ever made. also I'd like to thank all the peeps in the forum for the support and information they gave me leading up to,and during my migration
