Speed Issues

Well,

My line synching has been 8200, with the top profile of 7150.

Recently I changed from Home to Office, and since then the speed seems to have dropped.

I only get 200kb/s at any time of the day, even though I am still synching at over 7000kbps.

I have swapped out the router, and microfilters.

Tried two computers too (one even formatted) (just to rule out hardware problems) and cannot get above 200.

Anyone else with similar problems?

I would suggest running a BT speedtest (preferably during the day not evening if poss)...you may have a stuck IP profile which occured when you switched to Office.
Also, what does the max reports in your account screen show for your IP Profile?

I have heard of a few people going through the max training period again after switching to a Max Premium product such as Office, when did you switch?

Yeah, the stuck profile can happen on a change from to Home/Office. If a BT speedtest says it's at a higher profile though - then it may be something else.
