If your sync stays stable at 6944 kbps, your IP Profile should go up to 6000 kbps within about 3 days. Whilst this is very respectable, your current throughput is low at 1646 kbps and you should be seeing a download speed of circa 5000 kbps on your current IP Profile. The low download speed displayed is probably due to the low current capacity available on whichever Central you are on. A more realistic figure may be obtained if you carry out another test at a less busy time.
