Free Online Scans : Virus, Spyware & Internet Security

None of the anti-virus or anti-spyware utilities have a detection rate of 100%. Far from it!
In addition to AVG Anti-Virus, SpyWare Doctor and Zone Alarm Firewall installed on my PCs, sometimes, I also use online scans.

Another good firewall checker is Shields Up from http://www.grc.com/intro.htm ... they also have a whole host of other freebie goodies on their site too :)

Their warnings about WEP/WPA, 'Broadcast SSID disabled' and other guards people use, is an eye opener.
