Hi

I migrated to adsl24 last monday from freeola.

After migration i went to the entanet billing site, and added in my card for the payment method, and it lists it under 'You have credit card authority(s) setup you can use to pay your accounts'

I assumed that every month it would just take it from my cc?

I got an email from adsl24 yesterday saying ADSL24 payment setup urgently required, that i need to setup a payment mandate....when i already have....what do i need to do?

Thanks

Hi :)

Make sure at the bottom of the payment mandates page you've clicked the "Update" button (is there a red star next to it?) to tie the card to the account. I can see your card on file but it's not been tied to your service. Clicking the update button at the bottom should do so.

I thought only the first payment could be made by CC, subsequent payments required that a direct debit be set up? Or have things changed?

Ircsum.

First payment is debit/credit card or cheque
Ongoing payment is debit/credit card or DD
