Hang any Christmas lights up around the 15th? They tend to play havoc with your SNR...

The max reports show your speed to the exchange. This kind of fluctuation shows that you have something causing noise on your line. This can be something like a filter becoming dodgy, an extension cable or socket becoming faulty, or a device has been plugged in without a filter (sky box. phone etc). It can also be Christmas lights as Cavey suggests.
