Hi,

I've just signed up (via the online form) to an ADSL package, should it take long to receive a reply? Just that i've provided an email address and I haven't had a confirmation email yet..

No it usually doesn't take long john, after I had my email it only took 8 days before I was migrated over which was yesterday from tiscali.

Brian is usually on and will answer your query for you, brilliant for him to be on here on the forums, he's a gem, I was his nightmare:) Probably still am while I'm with adsl24, have another problem which will need some help on a bit later, give them all a headache I will.:D

Thank you for your reply Raceylady, I suppose i'm worrying about nothing - you can tell that i'm a Tiscali customer can't you? I'm too used to their service!!!
