What were your problems?

Whilst changing to Adsl24 I binned my old modem and installed a bright shiny router. This proved to be challenging in the extreme. However, James was able to look up the particular router at his end and just talk me through the installation. Later on I had problems with setting up my mail in Outlook Express and he sorted that as well. Result was I had no stress and a big smile.

Ah least you got an excelllent level of support. I'm still not activated here, can't log into my ADSL24 account on the site either so guess i'll have to be patient and hope all is well.

Nice one! You should be able to access the My Account page using your normal user/pass with no @adsllogin.co.uk or @adsl.enta.net suffix on the username.

i migrated from zen to, here are my speed test results

they are just a rough guide the last one is 647kb/s but downloading from giganews i am getting between 710 and 750kb/s

i have found dramatic swings in my speed during the training period going as low and 196kb/s to a high of 782kb/s

there is nothing adsl24 can do during the training period hope this helps give you some idea of what it will be like

anywhere near that would be nice having lot of problems getting any internet pages up tonight seems to work for few mins then it just stalls
