Line Noise

Hi Guys,

Recently I have developed a rather wonderful crackling noise on my line which is making phone calls a pain and my broadband IP profile has dropped to 250k.

I am with Talk Talk so I am a bit lost about who do I need to call. I know the line is still BTs so do I call them or should I get in touch with Talk Talk first.

Or are ADSL24 able to help by hassling BT on my behalf?

You should contact whoever you pay your line rental to.

Yeah, if you have a voice fault (crackling etc) it's a fault on the phone line and should be reported to your line rental provider.
