Changing between packages

Hi

I have recieved my MAC code from AOHell and will be migrating to you guys in a couple of days time.

I've been looking at the packages you offer. If I decide on one package, and it later turns out that I want to change to a different one, is that going to be a problem, or do I just notify you before the next billing date, and if so how much notice to you need?

Would it also be possible to change from Home to Office packages, or vice versa this way ?

Changing between packages or from Home to Office is not a problem - Brian will be able to tell you how much notice you need to give, and any charges that will apply.

There is a charge to migrate from Home -> Office and vice-versa. This is just £5+vat and is due as BT charge us that.

Migrations between Home -> Home or Office -> Office are free though and can be changed on a monthly basis.

We would need a few days notice at least before the next billing date, but the sooner the better. The change will only take effect from the next billing date anyway.
