Hi, I had interleaving switched off about 6 weeks ago, the SNR dropped down to 7db once 6.5 db and now has gone up to 8.0 db, A couple of times 8.5db. Is this OK ?

SNR Margin 8.0 dB 0.0 dB
Line Attenuation 8.0 dB 1.0 dB
Transmit Power 10.95 dB 19.77 dB

In the last week I've lost connection, Link lights solid green, but after switching the router off then on, Which is unusual for my router but could be just one of those things. Its been fine after that.

The SNR will fluctuate according to the amount of noise on the line - a higher SNR is better than a lower one.

Yes, SNR will fluctuate under normal circumstances.
