View Full Version : I cant access webmail
Hi Guys.
I have just signed up and should be activated on the 12th March.
At the moment I have been unable to access wemail from the front page and cPanel. However I have been able to access the Entanet Control Panel.
Also I have been unable to access any possible emails that have been sent to my new account by MS Outlook ( I did create a second address as I understand the 1st generated one is not to be used). Is this because my connection has not been activated yet?
Any help Please.

Hi Steve, welcome to Adsl24. You should be able to use the Adsl24 email before your activation date - what error do you get when trying to access Webmail?

When I type in my user name "2eojeb" and password i get.
Login attempt failed.
I have also tried my second adsl email address as a user name and password, when I do this the login just comes back empty.
Im not sure what im doing wrong. How can I check what my user name, email address should be so I can open web mail and Cpannel? or even st up MS Outlook to open and send e-mails.

The reason for that is this...... Have you been sent the access details to cPanel to enable you to maintain your hosting account and setup an email address?
If there is no email address setup then there is nothing for you to access via Webmail.

Oh I see.
No I have not recieved anything as yet. I only signed up this morning.
Will I recieve these details by snail mail or sent to the accounts email I provided while signing up?

Without wanting to appear impatient, how long will it be before I recieve an email with my login details, and if I cant access ADSL24 web mail where will it be sent to?

It'll be sent to the email address that you gave when you signed up. I'd recommend you email support@adsl24.co.uk to ask for the details to be sent again.

Ok just done that we'll see what happens next. I have also opened a ticket.
