Please be advised we have been advised by our supplier Entanet that there is currently a problem on their ADSL platform.
Their engineers are aware of this and are looking into the matter as we speak.

Ah, that's gone and blown my 70 day rock solid connection. Oh well. At least I know it's not a problem at my end. Time to try and beat my record...
I should thank you anyway. I couldn't hold a connection for more than a couple of days with Pipex and they always tried to fob me off with the "You have a poor quality line." excuse. Since I've been here things are much improved in general. I've lost connection just two or three times - all when Entanet were having momentary difficulties.
