Connection Reliability?

Hi,

Very tempted to join ADSL24, but was wondering how others have found reliability and uptime.

I am with Pipex, and although their throttling is very annoying - they are extremely reliable and the uptime is excellent. Is it comparable with ADSL24?

I have been with ADSL24 a few months (Entanet with another reseller for 16 months) and it is very reliable, I cannot think of any major outages at all in that time.

The reliability is really ISP independent for the most part. 99% of stability issues are down to the physical line. Therefore, the ISP you go with should offer the same reliability as you have now. Of course, when people upgrade from 2Mb to 8Mb this can cause more chance of an unstable connection as more speed = more noise = higher risks but again that is ISP independent.

I'd stayed connected at a rock solid 8128kbps for over 70 days until about a week ago when my connection went down for all of 30 seconds...

Pretty reliable :)
