Migrated Away But would Recommend any day

Hi,
I have migrated away from ADSL24 but would recommend ADSL24 any day of the week, I've only been with you a short time but have found the company excellent in all areas.
The forum members are just as good, One question if any one could guide me please, as advised I phoned the Entanet billing dept on Wednesday after activation with my new ISP , they said I would be credited with the remainder of the month back into my Bank Account, I have just checked in the Billing Cpanel and it makes no mention of the credit.
How long should i wait before checking to see if my account has been refunded.

He's probably switched to either cable or an LLU provider. I certainly can't find a better ISP on BT's ADSL system.

Hi, Larger allowance peak time when i use it more and cheaper, found up to know service on par with adsl but time will tell, 1 month contract as well so not tied down.

The credit note won't show in the cPanel as its a direct refund not a credit. Enta refund twice a month, on the 15th and 30th so you should have it shortly :)
