View Full Version : Billing on control panel
I have been trying to log into the billing section of the control panel to set up my monthly charging details. (I have only payed my first month so far). It wont accept any of the variations of username/email that I put in. Do I need to phone entanet first?

Hi
Have you received an email from Entanet entitled "Your eBilling Details"?
This email will contain your username and password needed to enter the billing control panel at https://billing.enta.net/ (http://www.adsl24.co.uk/forum/redirector.php?url=%68%74%74%70%73%3a%2f%2f%62%69% 6c%6c%69%6e%67%2e%65%6e%74%61%2e%6e%65%74%2f)
You should have received this email within a few days of signing up to, or migrating to ADSL24 :)

When you signed up you would have got a seperate email from entanet
accounts@enta.net (http://www.adsl24.co.uk/forum/redirector.php?url=%6d%61%69%6c%74%6f%3a%61%63%63% 6f%75%6e%74%73%40%65%6e%74%61%2e%6e%65%74) with a user name and password, with the subject heading "Your eBilling Details" which in my case was not the same as the control panel password. look at the format below,
Is this the one you have used?

HI Bigwest, I've had lots of trouble getting into cpanel. From the link in the initial email I always get a page error. Following the link from ADSL24s homepage I have had more luck (Just spotted the problem I think, the url on the pdf ends in 2082. That on the homepage ends 2083!!) and just in the last few minutes have managed to get into the main cpanel options page. You need to enter your username (just the first part, not the @adsl24..... bit) and password as given on page 3 of your welcome pdf.
good luck
Neil

I cant find any emails from entanet, only adsl24. I tried the "forgot password" box as well with my email address that I used to sign up to the migration with. It doesnt recognise it. I'll phone them tomorrow. see what the deal is!
Thanks for the help peeps.
I think I found the problem. My email address has an underscore in it and entanet must have used a space instead. When I put my email address with a space instead of underscore in the forgot password box it accepted it.
That will explain why I never got the entanet email in the first place.
Thanks for the help peeps
